Frihost wont care (atleast as I know) but it will wast your brandwith. Also where did you get to that page I want to set it for my websites.

If the load increases to a degree whereby the server crashes or dramatically slows down, it'll care. It shouldn't do that though I it will probably increase your bandwidth usage, so if you're already nearing your limit I wouldn't choose faster.

I decided to try it at the faster setting, as Google has used <50MB of bandwidth this month so far, I'll be watching it to see if it shoots up.

Google Webmaster tools are useful when u have a high budget - high traffic situation. Right now, you would be wasting precious b/w.

We use Analytics and Sitemap in our big server ( wont tell u which ). The sitemap is Actually, very useful, not much robots coming your way with this.

p.s - dont listen to me, its a good way to learn your way around Smile

p.s - try the built in stats system. its very good as well.

google wont use all 10gb of your bandwith, in fact it will make no difference to you, anyways for better SEO of your site pls check here

How many pages do you have on your website? And are they dynamic; do they require a lot of time to render (like from a cms or just static .html pages)?

If you have a lot of dynamic pages, better don't select the faster option.
