I just brought a 1GB Zen V+ a few weeks ago and now the really small navigation joystick cover thingy cracked and over some time fell apart. So now I can't use it because the cover is gone and the joystick inside is too low to touch (had to stuffed it with tissue paper). 
You can see the joystick below, in the middle, left of play button.
Just wanted to know if I could possibly get a replacement and if anyone had a successful new product replacement (from Creative). Just seems too hard - have to send the product back to the Creative HQ.
