FTP Empty

Error: Transfer channel can't be opened. Reason: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
Error: Could not retrieve directory listing

I connect to my FTP, its empty and then I get this.

Ok, I used active mode instead of passive and problem solved.

What FTP program are you using?

Make sure that you are using the program in active mode, not passive mode.
