Lets study your site;
First of all you have used flash designing; a professional website does not consisted of flash parts, as the visitors may disabled flash in their browsers or their browsers may be of old versions. So they would never see the site contents.
Second, flash contents cause lower speed of the site. This is not favorable for any visitors. This is sufficient to cause your visitors to never come back to your site.
Third, your Description Meta tag "BS Info Tech Home Site v2" is too short and not informative.
Forth, your Keywords Meta tag "Community, Dasmarinas, Forums, Information, STI, Technology" contains some common words such as Community, Forums, Information and Technology. Who searches the web for such keywords?
It is enough for now!
