Do i have to purchase a domain when they handle my account here if so thats not so good causs i dont want to pay anything(cant afford anything) but if i do then is there any free web domains somebody's willing to give up?

No of course. if you have your web hosting here ex. yourname.frih.net you can directly see it on the internet. But if you like to make your site on your name with a dot com, this is the time to buy a domain ex. www.yourname.com
