I've studied to be a realtor for the last year, and even though there were some courses that were really cool, I'm not thinking it's what I want to do.. I'm more of a creative personality and want to create stuff myself.
It's still a pretty short education at only two years here but you need somewhere to do your internship before you get your license and the people in the business seem really reluctant to take on interns these days..
