I just got the same thing.
First time it happens to me. I hope this won't happen often.maybe its because the SQL database has too many queries..?

no there isn't.
actually, its the SQL database. maybe its too busy.

The sql database was corrupted. It totally crashed yesterday. It had to be repaired.

no. i can put a thousand links on my phpBB and its okay. the load time is slow, thats all.
