is it possible for me to take my old forums and put everything into this one? I have an invisionboard forum and want to put all that stuff into this forum, can i do that?

First, is your Invision Board from www.invisionfree.com ?
If it is, you can't back it up and start a new IPB forum here. You have to switch to phpBB or SMF. Hosting IPB (after 1.3 was made non-free) is not allowed if you don't have a licence.
Secondly, I'm sure you can find it. The most desperate thing you can do is, go to cpanel and back everything up manually.
