I just installed it for Windows and I must say that thus far i am rather impressed.
I am a self admitted junkie when it comes to the major online video sites so this is a perfect thing for me, especially since you can create your own channels and have the player instantly check to see if there is any new content there.
YouTube and Grouper, Google and Yahoo Video just to name a few off the top of my head.
