Always been a fan of blur. Although do you not feel that some of the Britpop albums, specifically The Great Escape have lost a lot of their impact over time.

Definately anything after Blur has been really good, especially 13.

If you want to check out some of Blur's more esoteric side projects then you should listen to Damon Albarn's album Mali Music, recorded (oddly enough) with musicians from Mali.

It kind of flicks between indie fused electronic and african drums and singing... Very nice chilled out music

i highly recommend think tank. definately a well crafted pop album, but pop in a much more complex manner than say song no 2. this is jsut a great album and it is by far my most favorite blur album.

I got into them after I was heavily into the Gorillaz for a long time. Wierd, considering it was opposite for most folks. Definitely some great britpop.
