direct link to forums

when i come to the frihost forums i like to skip the homepage and come directly to the forums (simply to save time) so i use http://frihost.com/forums and if u click on that link, u see what the problem is. but when i go to the homepage and click 'forums' the address bar shows http://frihost.com/forums

(http://frihost.com > click 'forums')

whats the problem with that?

Simply use the URL http://www.frihost.com/forums/index.php.

I'm not quite sure why the index.php file isn't automatically opened as the directories index page but for some reason it isn't. Anyone know why?

Add a slash onto the end like so http://frihost.com/forums/ . Should work without it but it redirects to www. version so I presume the .htaccess rules aren't fully correct or are incomplete.

It works if WWW is included in the URL.. I use a direct bookmark to http://www.frihost.com/forums/

I'm suffering under the same problem. I've been very busys last few weeks. And school is sucking everything out of me. (not that I work lot for school but...)

If i type www.frihost.com/forum then I have a 404 error.
Same for frihost.com/forum and frihost.com/forum/index.php

www.frihost.com/forum/index.php seems to work tough?

I have a feeling it has something to do with Bonding's url-rewriting script. There are a few other problems with it too; although they seem to have been happeneing with less and less frequency lately.
