Archery and Things of its Ilk

Good day. I'm wondering if there're any people here in the forum who have taken up this sport?

Seems to me that in my country, archers are a rarity. On top of that, it would be cool if some people of different nationalities came together to discuss about such a topic.

For starters, I'll kick off with archery equipment. Which do you think is better? A Hoyt bow or one from the Korean manufacturer Dae-sung?

I have a 55lb compound bow and a two-handed cross-bow. I have a small range set up in my back yard but don't shoot much. With young kids, it's hard to get in some range time without them wanting to play also. Hence part of the reason I got my 3 year old his own pellet gun. (Yes, I'm serious, and he shoots well too!)
