Perl Tutorials on the web ?

I'm looking for a good down to eath Perl tutorial on the web ?

Something that covers the basics, step by step, but really well, and then goes on to cover some of the more advanced topics that no doubt exist.

I remember a Java tutorial / book from ages ago - I think it was called Thinking in Java. I'm looking for something of that nature really, from someone who is as good at writing and teaching, as is a perl programmer. If you see what I mean.

When I program Perl I constantly revisit http://www.cpan.org/ and look up information on modules via http://search.cpan.org/
E.g. the DBI module.

In case you later switch to PHP like I did, you'll find http://www.php.net very handy.
