50 frih$ to create a custom css layout--CLOSED--

Hey,
I want a CSS layout like so:
The width of the page is 800px
left colum: 160px
right colum: 160px
center colum: 480px
and i am having a header on the page that will be 150px in height and 800px in width so the 3 colums will have to be down whatever amount is needed.
Can anyone do it?
the price is negotionable(i dont think i spelled that right)
