You should search in the help file for "private", "private mode" or "active mode". It should be written somewhere in there how to change it. Or search for it in the settings! I'm not able to install every ftp-program, so if this doesn't work, you should wait for someone who uses flashxp.
In flash fxp go to: options/preferances/connection/, then untick use passive mode, Hope that helped. 
Thank yall, "Maka" i did it your way but the connection still dosent work...
i try all ftp even flashfxp i try to put on passive mode but it doesn't work can u fix this problem
