My description:
Bookiz is software that assists you in managing the day to day activities of a guesthouse, small hotel, motel or any other similar business.
Some of the key features
A graphical reservation calendar that shows all your rooms and bookings for the future and past.
Receipts, reservation conformations, tax invoices and other financial reports.
All information about your guests is stored for future use.
Reports that make life easer for your personnel. Who ordered what services (example breakfast), which rooms needs to be cleaned?
Calculate VAT if you are registered for VAT.
Complete online and offline help-system.

. Nice thought the alarm clock, Should be added if not already done 
. Although the description of the software you have given is quite detailed i still can't quite put my finger on the name of it.... So a screenshot or something would be nice ?
