Putting Ads in Wordpress

Can some one suggest me the best place to put the Oxado/Adsense ad script in a wordpress powered blog?

I've edited the single post file of my wordpress theme, and kept the code at the end of the post. But the ads being delivered are nowhere targeted.

What's the best method to put adsense codes in a blog to get different ads? My blog is basically a FYI/Tips&Tricks/Tutorials on various issues of computers & software.

I don't know about Oxado, but I found a plugin for AdSense. I haven't tested it out yet, but you could give it a try. I originally found it through one of the WordPress plug-in directories, but I couldn't find it that way anymore. So I searched on google and came up with the developer's site here.

If I understand it correctly, it lets you choose different formats for your ads through the plug-in configuration page and then add the ads to a post by putting in a comment like "<!-adsense->".
