It´s hard to just give one randomly.
It probably easiest to just choose a subject you like, a hobby for example.

My studies are on university standard, and I recently had to hold a 15 minute presentation.

I choose turbo chargers, just since tuning cars is one of my biggest interests.
Depending on how deep you want to go you can make it 5 minutes or 1 hour, and you can also choose to go deep into hard knowledge, or just make the presentation on a overview level.

I took a lot of info from swedish turbo manufacturers homepages and such. That might not make much sence to you though :S
But if you just decide on a topic the info search should not be a problem. (google is your best friend)

One topic I would suggest would be php language & what's more, search on google with ".ppt presentation on php" & you will find many already prepared presentations.
