What a shame? About a few weeks ago, Arsenal are trying to catch up with Man U and Chelsea but now they are far behind the leaders. I think Arsene Wenger should not be stingy to buy good footballers. They are just thinking to make money by buying very young footballers and sell them again. I could not see them being champion again in next few years.

Arsene needs to get the funds allocated to him so he can make some purchases in the January window. At the moment Arsenal is carried by one player, and when Henry isn't playing on full form Arsenal suffer.
They looked like they might have been able to challenge for 2nd place this year. Now I think they'll be lucky to maintain in the top 5. Which is a shame, as Arsenal were one of teh best teams in the Premiership for a long time.

Arsenal are certainly a team in transition. They have the backbone of a great side. Lehman is a good keeper, then there's Toure at the heart of defence, Clichy looks a ready made replacement for Ashley Cole and Eboue has great potential. Cesc Fabregas is class and will get better. Ljunberg and Henry when on form are brilliant. But the rest struggle.

They only can to fight this season on the 3-4 places, which goes to the Champions.
