Would rather something cooler, like a flash site? With cool effects and stuff? Or do you want plain HTML pages like that. I might be able to work something out. I'll give you a payment plan if you want, but I can't do the whole site. Also, for the forum. I should be able to help. Are you also looking for someone to host this, or do you have your own host. Do you need someone to design pictures, or can you do that. Do you want everything in placement just like that one? I need a lot of info for that stuff. It's not just build a site, drag and drop the pics and text, it's much harder. I may be able to do it for about 150frih$
