On-Line RPG

One of our group left out RPG game and still wants to play on a separate day. I am looking for a way this can be done. While yahoo has voice I am looking for more, like a way to show pieces (not by video).

We both have DSL so I am looking for a way to move pieces around a virtual board. I am looking in to an online marker board now.

What is the best thing you have found for on-line play? Please post any links or idea.
