my laptop have 512mb ram. but the computer say's that my laptop have 192mb.

my 'guess' is that you have a shared memory graphics card that is taking 64meg and 256meg isn't sitting in the slot right so isn't registering, leaving 192meg 
If this has been an upgrade since buying the laptop, it could possible be the BIOS reporting the wrong size, if this is the case, go to the manufacturers website, download the latest bios, and upgrade it, as it is all done fairly simply through software.
It is worth a try and will cost you no money, unless you ask the supplier to do it for you.

I also agree with this. Share memory graphics size may not mopre than that.
