Problem with Flash preloader

I'm trying to use a flash preloader bar to load my slideshow that I have made for my webpage.

It seems that there is a problem once the SWF slideshow file loads. The slideshow will play as it's supposed to but there is no music at all. When I play the original SWF slideshow without the preloader, it works perfect with the music still intact.

I've used the instructions at a couple of different sites in order to create a flash preloader, and all have the same problem.

This may seem kinda obvious but... are you setting the music to start after the preloader has finished?

The music automatically starts on my slideshow SWF file. I used Wondershare slideshow making program and there's no option to turn the music off once it's imbedded into the SWF file.

As for the preloader, I believe the settings for MP3 are on. I even changed the bitrate to 128 and unchecked the Covert to Mono checkbox.

If there's another way, then I might of missed it. Hopefully not though.
