What is the right way to extract the Database Information in PHPmyAdmin? And how can you update your Database informations using the extracted .txt file (TEXT File). Thank you I hope you can help me!

Usually the database file is stored in a .sql file, not .txt. With in plain text, the sql commands to rebuild the database.

In phpMyAdmin, there should be a page to extract/make and upload/execute those files.
