I just upgraded to a Verizon Razr V3m and have mixed feeling from my old LG.
The best thing about the Razr is the signal hold much stronger then my LG and I love the Bluetooth ear piece. And I mean much.
What bugs me is how much Verizon locked out of the device. they stuck there lock on the front window instead of your selected picture. Worst yet it has a VERY ugly burnt orange color.
They also made it extreamly difficult to add new backgrounds and sound files unless you down load and pay for them. I am trying to hack the usb port but it is not easy.
All in all, they could have let the customers have some fun with what I expected to be a great experience.
