Among these what am I permitted to do?
1)A wap portal that let's users create mobile websites.
2)A site to download ringtones and pictures to mobile device.
1) would classify as reselling Frihost's service so not allowed (unless I have misinterpreted what you said)
2) would be allowed if the downloads were legal (ie. you created them or have permission from copyright owners to use them etc)
1)Are all pictures, ringtones etc.. which are not reserved by any rights copyable? That is, If I see a site 'X' full of pictures without any copyright information, can I copy the pictures from site 'X' and post it on my site?
2)If I create ringtones from songs like Backstreet boys... using software 'Y' and sell them, will it be legal?
