CSS linking

Hi, I'm VERY new to CCS. I've figured out how to set up a 2-column page (left column for nav, right for content). I realize this is probably an ULTRA-NOOB question, but I don't know how to make it so the links from the nav on the left open up pages in the content column.

Right now, when a link is clicked, it opens up in a new window and for the life of me I can't figure out what to do about it. What do I need to add/alter?

Can you post part of your code. But normaly new window is comming up when is target definition seted on _blank or new. Try to change this definition in _self.

ah, the problem was a combination between my noob CCS skills and an error in the target code. haha, thanks for your help.
