Does anyone here play it?

Perhaps it would be good to have discussions about it in here, sharing stories, tips, etc?

I just started a new game after getting sacked from newcastle after 2 seasons.

Atletico Madrid, 11 games in and i'm 9-2-0 and happily sitting on top of the table Smile

well i downloaded this game and played a football manager game for the first time. Well after 2-3 days i got sort of bored. i mean i found myself all bedazzled among so many factors.. Can you give me some strong convincing reasons to play it...

My two cents:
I play manager with Spartak Moscow, and it all went well until the end of the first half on the season when it all started went wrong Laughing

But overall a few novelties were brought into it, like the team talk, which does have an impact on the players morale, and also can put some pressure on the players to win the game.
@web_harman: If you like football, and follow the events play it to increase your knowledge on the teams, and players. Also it can devellop some managerial skills in you. If you don't like why would you want to get convinced to play it... After you make some progress it is much less boring than in the beggining...
