Is just me or server 2 went down??? it is actually timing out I think.

same here
Same issue here on my website on server2. I just can't see my page(the browser load nonstop). I was working on the Joomla! CMS adminstrative area when I can't get from one page to another. Yet when I went to commandline in WinXP to ping my website. I can ping it with acceptable responses. Weird. Anyone can enlighten me on why I can't see my website despite pings saying it is up?
Edited: It just went up again. But I would appreciate knowing why website is pingable yet unaccessable?

It is working now.
It was probably pingable but not accessible because the Apache service was down. The server itself will have been up and running, and hence responding to your ping requests.
