First of all, why "deneb" ?

In the Chinese love story of Qi Xi, Deneb marks the magpie bridge across the Milky Way which allows the separated lovers Niu Lang (Altair) and Zhi Nü (Vega) to be reunited on one special night of the year in late summer.

I have been doing Bid management for the past five years for my company in the design of SCADA (supervision) systems for Railroad Networks. It's a mixture of System architecture, Innovation management, financial management and project management since each bid requires a team of 5 to 15 people and must be managed like a small project with a deliverable, a budget etc ... .
