Snooker or Pool?
Which do you prefer? I like both. I played a lot of pool when I was younger, but now I play and prefer snooker and am captain of a local team.
Snooker is more complicated and a better skilled game all round.
Pool is more fun if you're down the pub with your mates.

I think, snooker is more professional kind of sport. So, I prefer snooker, despite the fact that snooker is difficult thing to play.
I haven't played snooker so I can't compare.
I like 9-ball when I'm sober and 8-ball when I'm not.

S3nd K3ys do you play a lot of 8 ball?
I haven't played snooker either.
I love to play pool though. I wish I had the room to put a pool table. I go over my grandmothers and play over there at times. My uncle actually was on the verge of going pro but then he had kids so he didn't want to abbadon his family.

If I had a pool or snooker table at home I'd never leave the house HAHA
I like to play both snooker and pool but snooker has a slight edge due to the larger table and more demanding rules – it is more of a challenge.
Pool's strengths lie in the fact that it is slightly easier to pot a ball and also games generally last a much shorter amount of time.
Now that I have said that I must also state for the record that I am rubbish at both but that does not prevent me from enjoying the game – my opponents enjoy playing me too, victory is rarely so easily achieved.

Well, I like to play Both, because I like the both games.
But, to watch (Tv) - I watch only Snooker, because to watch pool, it's sooo boring - for my view of eye.
So - Snooker is better.

Snooker is for more proffesional player. Table is bigger balls are smaller.
I think snooker is better than any other kind of billiard game.

i play pool mostly
i like snooker ... but is too difficult for a beginner like me
Takes years of practice
I don't really understand snooker. LOL. I so love pool.
Snooker is much more entertaining than pool. I used to play it a lot when I lived in Ireland.
Eventhough i don't know how to play these sports, i like watching them on espn and solar sports.. I prefer pool because I am more entertained when watching it rather that snooker..
Bit of both, I prefer watching Snooker but I prefer to play pool (esp when drinking, snooker + vodka != winner.)
I prefer to watch snooker over pool, it is such a harder and more pro game. I play a bit of both snooker and pool, mainly because I'd play snooker and get frustrated at how bad i am and resort to pool for a little bit
But I prefer to watch snooker than play it, I just get so impressed by the players and how easy it seems for them to hit balls on those massive tables, and having to always think ahead about the next shot to decide how to hit the first ball - truly amazing to see a player sink all the balls and not even let the opponent get up from their chair to take one shot.

I prefer snooker. It lasts longer so I don't have to set the ball too often
also there is more balls to pot.
Snooker is a good game for if you like to use your mind and think your shots over, Pool is a good game for hanging out with your friends at the local bar and have a good time. I have to agree with Steve, if I had a table I too would never leave my house lol.

I'm a beginner. I prefer pool because the ball is bigger.
I prefer pool too. The balls and holes are big
pool. for sure!!!
I like to watch pros playing snooker, but i like to play pool, because there are more tables in town and almost nobody around doesn't knows the rules.
