FTP and public html problem

Oscar
Hi everybody I am not FTP ,HTML specialist so I messed up my site and I have two problems First with loging in.I used Flash XP and uploaded testing page You can find it under http://www.anima.frihost.net/
than I cannot login to FlashXP ( error message ) so switched to CuteFTP the same. I am afraid I deleted something by mistake.
Anyway I switched to Cpanel and used FTP manager( Of course I deleted former files so I don;t know where this Maya design page is coming from.) and uploaded new Page with index onto the Public html Folder so my page is visible from Cpanel under http://www.anima.frihost.net/index.htm This is the page I am working on .Please help me First - Restore FTP conection configuration. And Second- how to get rid of former page and put my new Page into their place I mean on this adress.http://www.anima.frihost.net/
Thanks if this is not asking too much.

Now FTP Clients have to be in active mode instead of passive mode, try filezilla for FTP client

try using smartftp, it's free for non commercial use, and I like very much it's feature of editing files. I was having problems with this feature on filezilla as when uploading the file got truncated from time to time.

I am using a proxy server to get online, but FTP is forbidden, which means I can't use FTP to upload the files to the server. Can I upload the html files one by one?
