I didn't get your point. Do you want help with (x)html and css or with layout and design, or both?
I think it's pretty difficult for someone to come up with a design and everything ready to use for you here... but you can always take a look at Open Source Web Design. There's always some nice design for you ready to download. Wink

It's kind of ironic that the owner of a society which helps web designers and php programmers needs help with web designing. Btw, what's your website URL?
