it was launched nearlt 6-7 months ago buy few IIT students. the datacenter is located in the United States. It has a long-long way to go
I read about that site some time back and did check it out. One thing I saw was their link for jobs. They say that it is a good opportunity for IT people and they say "for those who missed the chance with Google". Found it funny and also a bit true.
If they do manage to hit it off then it would be a gold mine for the hoards of IT people in India.
