There's already other thread open about eyeshild21 (and you even posted on it). I think there's no need to open a new one about the same subject even if its to ask a technical question about the rules of the forum.
Altough im not quite sure i think theres no problem in redirecting you to a site where you have LINKS to other sites where you can download anime (be it license or not)

The best i can recommend is http://www.deimonhigh.com , they have them all on megaupload and 1-5 + 26-50 after you've posted 10 times.
I can't use megaupload ( behind a proxy..) so I'm watching them on youtube - it's the only way when you're desperate.. ( i also watched Prince Of tennis on youtube)
Eyeshield isn't the best sports anime but it's decent, so yeah go watch it on yotube
