I am looking for someone who can re-design my web site for free. I have about 35 pages, but it dosnt need to look that good. Anyone willing, please post here or PM me.
Need free web disign bad!
If it doesn't need to look good, then why don't you go learn basic HTML in an hour and do it yourself? I really don't see any reason for a free-lancer to make a 'crappy' web site for no reason.

I have tried leanin HTML. I dont understand it.
Well, it's quite hard to build and maintain a website if you don't know HTML. Even if you have a template, you will need a program just to edit something
Anyway, this site is probably the best you will find. All of the designs are Open Source (you can take credit) or Creative Commons (you must give them credit, but you are free to do whatever you want to it).

Hope that helps,

You could also try using a WYSIWYG editor to create your pages. There are a few free ones readily available such as NVU and Amaya. If you can afford it, you could also try Xara Webstyle. This program has pre-built templates. You choose a template, choose your colour etc and it generates the page for you. You can then just transfer you content into the pages. Very simple to use.
As has already been suggested though, the W3 Schools site is a great learning resource.

Typically, when you need something really bad and for free, what you get is really bad.
Good luck with that.

Wholly crap!
It's clean, I'll give you that!
What do you mean?
If you didnt notice, the coding is extremly messed up! I dont know HTML that well, and hate doing it. I originally had the site on www.piczo.com and moved all the HTML over to my new paid domain. I am also using a program called NVU that messed up the coding alot too. Those two things make the coding extremly hard to work with. I need it re-done!

You create a directory for every single page?
And you should've posted this in the marketplace, your request will get more views there. If you want free templates then go here: http://www.solothemes.com They've got pretty good templates and you can request for a custom free template as well.

Oh my word. This does need a lot of work doesn't it? Unless you have a friend who can do it, you're really not going to get a re-design for free. As I have already said, try Xara Webstyle. You can download a trial copy from the Xara website. It doesn't produce totally clean code, but would be a more visual site for you.
If you do try it out, create your home page with it, then send me the link or the code and I'll see what I can do to clean it up.
Here's an example of what can be quickly done using Webstyle. This took about 10 minutes to set up initially. I then did some cleaning up of the code (Xara add their own bits of invalid code to the pages it creates).
http://www.geocities.com/leamington_district_snooker/webmaster/rosebaugh/index.html
I've done it using the colours from your current site, although more appealing colours would be advisable.
It's not ideal, and it's tables based, but it just gives you an idea of what can be done without any html knowledge. Like I said, this took me 10 minutes. To get it standrds compliant and looking nice, with all the content would take some time, and I couldn't see anybody devoting that time to it for free.

As a adept HTMLer I've got to say... dooooood. *Swats with rolled up paper.* Bad web-geek! Bad!
Download Dreamweaver or another webpage designing programme. No knowledge needed.
*Ahem* that's quite the project.
Free, that's not likely. So you can't do html. Fair enough.
That's a very big job you present. Some of us might be able to help you with bits and pieces, but is there something you can do, a service you can offer in exchange?

I have to agree with most of the other responses that have been submitted already. The job that you are asking is a rather large under taking and will take someone a lot of time just to clean up what you have let alone adding some style to it. So you are basically faced with a couple of choices.
1. Offer some one some money to work on this.
2. Get a good WYSIWYG editor
3. Learn HTML and CSS
There are a lot of sources for the third choice and HTML is very easy to learn you just need to take things one step at a time and don't try to rush into the hard stuff. Stick with the basics at first and it will start to make sense.
Good Luck.

ROFL, I am still chortling at your comment.
I feel a little sorry for the guy, HTML isn't that simple when you first start but I haven't seen a website like that for a number of years. But let's face it - for someone who knows nothing that is a GOOD website. If, however he got someone to do it for him he was robbed whatever the price.
@michaelr1992
Listen to these guys, they really know what htye are talking about. Take any advice they give you, it saves time in the long-run.
I would personally recommend you try Dreamweaver to design your pages (spend time doing a tutorial, it is an investament and saves time later).
The problem is that if you created a drectory for every seperate page then you may like to check out the anatomy of a good website too.
I know this all sounds daunting but its not really. You will have to take the long way around with tutorials and walking before you can run but it saves time later. You will at least be able to make changes to the site yourself then.
PLUS- Creating websites is very addictive and you will be amazed how enjoyable it can be too.
Failing that you will have to pay for it or look for a fresh web designer looking to build a portfolio who will design for you free (if you are lucky)
I hope this helps a little.
