I think google adsens good but if we see all the advertiseing companies gives you earning when your hits are increasing day by day, minimum 3000 or 4000 uniques per day, and liken fastclick advertisers are the best i think, i have not use it but i see in many traffice loaded sites, all site owners preffer to fastclick but it gives only on CPM, so you earn more if your hits are good, but the main Questions arises in our minds that whats the best way to increase our Traffic

well i gues you should put an ad on maby like adsens and then when they come to your webbsite you should provide good content so that they will come back. and maby tell their friends or write about ur site in forums and stuff who knows 
Frankly I don't trust in CPM, better go for CPC...however can you give me the exact url of fastclick ?
Search engine traffic is the best for adsense, be carefull the ways of traffic you get. i recieved a warning after i had joined to a traffic exchange site.
