PHP/MYSQL Poll?

Hi, I was wondering how to make a easy and simple PHP Poll Script (could use mysql if needed).

Heres an example of what I mean: [url]worldofbnet.frih.net/poll.php[/url].

I wouldn't like a template or a border around it, I would just like a simple one!

well, you could just have a table called poll or something, then have row 1 = option_1, row2=option_2, row3=option_3... then you could have a column called count

you have people vote and it just connects to the database, and adds one to the count

to take it a step further, you could make another table called ips or something, and add the ip of the person that voted, then you could do a check whenever someone votes and see if they checked or not
