error: 1146 data base not found some one can help???

i'm tryin to download my database from easyphp to a server but this error apear when i finishe downloading my data base.
plz help!!?? Crying or Very sad

It sounds like one of the following:

You have never actually created a database for your account (or had one created for you), so none exists
A database does exist, but has a different name from the one in the dataset you are downloading, or there is a misspelling
The database does exist, and does have the right name, but does not contain one or more of the tables contained in the dataset you are downloading, and the dataset you are downloading does not contain any statements to create the tables (i.e. perhaps only to populate existing ones), although that error message would probably say "table ___ doesn't exist."

yh ur right it says "ur_data_base table not found"
so what i should do??
