Zip Extract Question

Well, normally when I install something I use FTP, it can be time consuming for me because I have a slow upload speed.

Would it be possible for me to upload a zip file and extract all those files using PHP into a folder?

If your server has Zip File Functions installed, it looks like it should be easy.
I never worked with that and haven't checked if the frihost server has those functions enabled. You might want to ask in the Frihost support forum if your server is here.
