Dreamweaver
8 loads faster than MX... 
I use MX, mainly because i don't use dreamweavers fancy functions i just use it as an IDE.
And i dont think it's worth the effort to get 8..

I've been an MX user for a while and just recently moved to v8. Not much difference for me, as I typically code my pages and don't use the design view exclusively. So probably not a justified upgrade in my case considering I could code pages in notepad if I wanted to.
