Good one.... the best tip I can give is that when you press the Windows key+ E, you get explorer!
and press Winkey + R, you get run dialog box. No need to start->run

try gpedit.msc it is much easier than regedit....but be carefull when trying to use this read all the content before you mess around or else ....
