I think that it may be a good idea to turn off the email activation system where after registering you recieve an email to activate your account and email because some email servers can have problems in recieving email notifications because i tried to activate an account with my hotmail email address and i never recieved the email notification and i was unable to register again with that same email address, so i had to use my school email instead.
Registering: Email Activation
That WILL never happen.
FRIHost needs to make sure the emails work.

As above^.
people still use hotmail?
I thought everyone used gmail? No problems with emails there and all validation links and things come out as they should

If you cannot receive the activation email, then theres no use in having the account. You would not be able to receive any important emails or anything that the admins send, or anything like that.
all other emails work, but 4 some reason hotmail never recieves email activation.

If hotmail considers our emails as spam, then you should take another email-address because you won't receive other important emails either. Or you can contact hotmail about it or put us in your contact list.
