Who pratices paragliding or other types of free flight?

I have done paragliding for 6 happy years and expect to do it forever.
My wing has been a Nova/Aeron (DHV2) for 3 years but I will replace it for the new Nova/RA (also DVH2) as soon as it is available. Although the Aeron is a very good wing, it is a 4 year old design. Technology has evolved and the new generation of wings is performing much better with the same (or better) safety.

I went on a ski trip 2 years ago to Tigne France which is next to Val Desaire, and I did a tandem paragliding jump off the Grand Mott at Tigne. That was a thrill of a life time. We ran out over the edge of a rocky cliff that was about a mile high and we flew to a landing point about 5 miles away on a frozen lake that was right in front of the hotels and ski lift stations.

Man was I tied up in nervous knots waiting for my flight time to arrive.
That was very cool just watching other people fly those cresent chutes.
Doing it yourself is an unbelievable rush.
I took some video during the flight that I still haven't edited.
