It should work, but I'm not familiar with their system.
If they let you specify the DNS servers to use, you'll need to use ns1.frih.net and ns2.frih.net.
Thanks for your reply, yes, the only issue is that I am awaiting to try if/or/when frihost admin activating my free host account, but just to know if that free domain names service workss fine
