Hi,
I would like to point out to you all about some changes you could make in the home page of the main site and the 'quick Frihost guide'
In the main page of the site, it is given :-

Can't you change it to 25000 members? (stupid suggestion, really)

And in the 'quick Frihost guide', it is given that :-

You will get Points for every post you make, ranging from 1 to 2.5, depending on the length of your post.


Now, shouldn't this be "points ranging from 1 to 4"? Confused

We used to have over 26000 registered members before I removed like 6000 members that didn't activate their account yet (including a lot of spam registrations).

Perhaps change the static text to the result of a query that counts the current number. If that might result in too many database hits, the query could be done in a cron job just once a day, then stored in a text file that could be used as an include.

I am indeed planning to implement such cache system for this and a few other values/data for the main pages.
