How do you set-up the fp server using this software?

Doesn't the software come with a manual ? or Readme.txt instructions ?. Most software does if not then i'm sure a search on google can help you. 
basically you need to specify what ports you would like the ftp server to run on default is 21, then you need to setup user accounts for the people you would like to access, giving them a username and a password, then you need to specify what folders/drives you want them to access and permissions for uploading deleting ect, most of this is done via the wizard or in the general tab
