hi, i use smart FTP, and i can't connect to my FTP using "ftp.mydomain" as adress, passive or acctive i cant access to the ftp
But if i use the ip of the server as adress i can access in active mode...

and i can't acces to cpanel from my domain

my domain is not active yet?? Sad (ivanweb.frihost.net)

Your subdomain has not yet been propagated properly. Lately, it takes very long before you can use it.

At the moment, you can use the ip-address to ftp and http://www.frihost.net/~ivanweb/ to access it. BTW, your subdomain should be accessible very soon. If it's still not there tomorrow, please reply to this thread to notify me and I'll try to fix it.

Yes, we had some problems with that. But http://ivanweb.frihost.net/ is working now. Very Happy
