The Hellknight from Doom 3

Doom's monsters are indeed the scaries one. But I dont think Hellknight is the scariest one in Doom 3. I mean, it looks like an oversized boxer, nothing scary about it, the Imp probably looks even scarier. Personally I think the Cherub is the scariest one in Doom 3. Part baby, part insect, gives me the creep.
Here are some of my scariest monster encounters..
1. Nemesis (resident Evil)
2. Zombies in Silent Hill
It's definitely Nemesis from Resident Evil 3. He's dressed in black and he's 8 feet tall plus he's the ugliest muther ****** you ever seen. He runs faster than you and sometimes he carries a missle launcher. And he chases you from room to room uttering "STARRRRRRSSS". He's a relentless bastard and killed me many times. But at least he's polite enough to close doors behind him when he chases you through rooms.
