I've done PHPBB forums, but never thought of changing the logo at the top left. How do you do it? I mean change the PHPBB icon to a custom one?

There's a mod you can install to do it, or you can do it manually. Just right click the image, select properties, and the URL will show exactly what place it is located on the server.

Instead of changing the logo only, why don't you install some themes? It'll look better.
